The use of alcohol drinks at work is a great threat that results to impairment of work performance of personnel.
Recognizing the threat and risk to health and safety of usage of alcoholic drink to personnel, the company aims to eliminate its use at work.
The company shall ensure as its commitment to elimination of use of alcoholic drink at work place:
- Workers shall be closely monitored to know when anyone is under the influence of alcohol that could lead to change of attitude to work.
- Any worker detected to be under the influence of alcoholic drink shall be stopped work and sent out.
