The project security plan shall aim towards protecting the company’s project personnel, equipment and material.
To ensure adequate provision for security of personnel, equipment and material the company shall maintain round-the-clock security guards on site.
The following procedures shall be in place to ensure adequate security measures on site:
- Issue project personnel with, and made to wear, company identity cards
- Adequate security devices shall be provided in all project transport equipment.
- Workshops shall be organized for the purpose of educating personnel and improving their level of security consciousness.
- Communication by radio and phone shall be maintained on site.
- Incidents of security default shall be reported, thoroughly investigated and corrective action for improvement taken.
