LUMKALT ENERGY LIMITED shall ensure protection and preservation of the work environment. In doing this we shall conduct an in-house environmental impact assessment to determine the fall out of the project on people, environment and equipment, which shall form the basis of project job hazards analysis.
It is therefore mandatory that:
- Environmental aspects of all project activities shall be established to ensure adequate controls.
- Environmental pollution shall not emanate from the execution of our project.
- Our impact on the environment (if any) shall be established to remain within tolerable limits.
- Our processes shall be formulated in such a manner that the flora and fauna we meet shall be better of on our demobilization.
To this regards the company environmental procedures for the control of environmental hazards shall comply with the provisions of federal environmental protection agency and client guidelines.
Personnel involved in the project shall receive environmental awareness training to equip them to appreciate the need for environmental management and have regard for environmental aspects of the project.
