The company shall ensure that the conditions for employment and development of personnel, both local and foreign content, shall satisfy the provisions as provided in the Nigeria Labor Act of 1971 as amended 1990 (CAP. 198).

The company shall operate within the safety regulations as provided in the various applicable sections of the Factories Act of 1959, as amended 1990 (CAP. 126).

Our overall plan in the selection and recruitment of qualified manpower for the project shall be based on merit, experience and skill relevant to the project requirement.

Provision for local labor (if need be) shall be made and supplied by the host community. This provision shall be agreed in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the company and the host community.

The engagement of foreign personnel in projects shall satisfy all the provisions of the Nigeria Immigration Services. All foreign personnel shall be inducted to be aware of the nature of the project environment.
