The policy is aimed at encouraging and rewarding safety consciousness and safe working attitude among personnel. It also serves as tool for motivation of personnel to hard work.
Every month the safest worker prize shall be given out to the worker(s) who, among other criteria, raises an average stated number of hazards in the project. The singular motive for this management commitment is to encourage workers commitment to SHE.
