The project team to determine the risk level involved shall carry out risk assessment of the offshore specialist maintenance services, using the risk assessment matrix. Vis-à-vis:
- Identify potential job hazard and effect
- Evaluate the impact of associated risk level exposure of personnel, equipment, environment and social impact of our activity
- Record hazard and its effect on people, equipment and environment
- Compare with objective and performance criteria
- Establish risk reduction/control and recovery measures
