The company does not permit night journey. Any boat captain whose call for duty demands that he embarks on a night journey must get a waiver. Such a driver MUST first of all get the approval of the marine coordinator for the project.
Any supervising personnel who wish to carry out any job outside the approved working hours MUST seek the approval of the head of department or project manager. The SHE manager shall be subsequently notified to be aware of such journey and, the MANAGING DIRECTOR shall subsequently give the final approval.
Boat captain who goes contrary to the provisions herein stated shall be duly disciplined.
